본 약관은 넷픽(NetPick) (이하 "회사" 또는 "DisPick"이라 함)이 제공하는 디스코드 서버 홍보 플랫폼 및 관련 제반 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 함)의 이용과 관련하여, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무, 책임 사항 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
웹사이트 및 API 등을 통해 이용자가 자신의 디스코드 서버를 홍보하거나 타인의 서버를 탐색할 수 있도록 DisPick이 제공하는 모든 기능을 의미합니다.
본 약관에 동의하고 디스코드(Discord) 계정을 연동하여 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
회원이 유료 결제를 통해 구매할 수 있는 부가 기능, 상단 노출 등의 혜택을 의미합니다.
회원이 시스템 내에서 자신의 서버를 상단으로 끌어올리기 위해 취하는 특정 액션을 의미합니다.
Premium services are provided for a fee and are processed through companies designated by the company.
Refund Restrictions
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for simple change of mind are strictly limited once benefits are applied.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but partial refunds for already paid cycles are not provided.
If suspended for policy violations, no refunds for remaining periods are provided.
The company does not guarantee the content or legality of individual registered servers.
The company is not responsible for disputes or damages between users occurring within servers visited through DisPick.
The company is exempt from liability for service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, Discord outages, etc.).
Interpretation and disputes are governed by Korean law, and any lawsuits will be handled by the competent court of first instance.
